Buffalo Meat Rendang Recipe

Ingredients
500 gr of buffalo meat, cut according to taste and wash thoroughly
650 ml medium coconut milk
2 bay leaves
2 pieces of orange leaf
1 sheet of turmeric leaves, sliced - sliced
1 lemongrass, geprek
1 tsp brown sugar slices
Salt to taste
A little powdered mushroom broth
A little cooking oil, for sauteing
Ground spices :
7 cloves of garlic
15 cloves of shallot
15 curly red chilies
20 grams of ginger
50 gr galangal
1/4 teaspoon coriander powder
1 teaspoon of turmeric powder
Step
Heat some cooking oil. Saute until fragrant spices, bay leaves, orange leaves, turmeric leaves and lemongrass.

Pour coconut milk, buffalo meat and season with salt, brown sugar and mushroom powder broth. Stir well.

Keep stirring until it boils. When it boils, set the smallest stove. Cook while stirring occasionally until the oil comes out, shrink and dry (according to taste).
