Ingredients
500 gram chicken wings
Lime
Garlic
Ginger
1 tablespoon Rice flour
1 tablespoon of cornstarch
1 tablespoon of tapioca flour
1 tablespoon of flour
1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
1 egg Chicken eggs
2 tablespoons of tomato sauce
2 spoonfuls of chili sauce
2 tablespoons of Gochugang
2 tablespoons of honey
salt and sugar

Step
Cut chicken wings into 3 parts, wash thoroughly give lime juice, pepper and salt let stand for 30 minutes
Mix all flour into one then
After 30, add 1 egg to the wings then add a part of the flour mixture to the chicken, stir and knead squeeze.
Heat the fried oil, then before the chicken is fried roll it back into the rest of the flour mixture,
Fry the half-cooked chicken then remove from heat, wait for it to cool slightly, then fry again to make the chicken crispy.
